BSR just re-did my marble kitchen counters with a WONDERFUL new product, More Anti-Etch surfacing. It’s incredibly thin, “baked” on through the use of UV light (sort of like a gel manicure). The counters are so beautiful, and the stone — marble was not the best kitchen choice for an owner who cooks — is protected against the usual insults of wear, tear, heat, pots, and so on. The installation team arrived exactly on time, worked effectively and efficiently until the job was done, and cleaned the kitchen (including the floor!) before departing. Both product and people get ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ stars.

For two days, the team worked in my kitchen, arriving exactly on time both mornings (8:00), and working consistently and QUIETLY for both days. They cleaned up better than I could have.
