Josh was very professional and honest with me. We just purchased the house and it had very bad pet odor upstairs. Josh told me before hand that cleaning might not get rid of the smell because it may have been in the padding, and that it was up to me but it was a gamble. We rolled the dice and they went to work. Took around 2 hours and was all nice and clean. Will definitely use them again when the need arises.

I reached out to Josh with My Pro Cleaner to get an estimate for tile cleaning for an Oil/Gas Manufacturing Company. We have textured tile floor throughout the main office with years of buildup from Machinist in the shop coming in/out. He was very responsive and highly professional. He was able to give me a price that was very reasonable. I was able to have the cleaning scheduled during the weekend so it did not interfere with business hours. Josh and crew was actually here before I arrived, which is always good!! The job that was done was beyond my expectations, being at the condition the floor was in. I wish I had taken before pictures to show the difference because after pictures do not do it justice.
